Haiti is the 143rd country in terms of export worldwide. During 2017 its exports reached a value of 1.12 billion dollars, while its imports reached 3.3 billion.
Almost 75% of its exports are based on textile products such as T-shirts or underwear. The remaining percentage is distributed mainly between fruit and coal. In the case of imports, we find rice and corn, oil, and sugar.
The leading destination of its exports is the United States at 83%, followed by Canada and the Dominican Republic.
